March 2026 Market Report
As spring arrives, the real estate markets in Lancaster and York are beginning to pick up momentum. March has brought encouraging signs for both buyers and sellers, with home values on the rise and inventory gradually increasing.
This seasonal shift is typical, as warmer weather often inspires more homeowners to list their properties while motivating buyers to re-enter the market. Although inventory is still growing at a measured pace, the uptick provides more opportunities than we’ve seen in recent months.
Overall, the market is showing healthy movement, setting a promising tone for the busy spring and summer seasons ahead.
